        Seeking a French language immersion program?
        Our intensive French courses are suitable for learners from complete beginners to
        advanced students.
        The nature of our French language immersion courses facilitates intensive initial learning
        or ongoing improvement in French. 
        On arrival on our intensive French courses, participants are tested and placed in a group 
        corresponding to their level, to enable them to progress at their own speed. 
        Participants continue to improve systematically in all fields of written and oral French. 
        Theme-based language workshops promote faster progress in a specific field.

        26 language lessons of 45 minutes per week:
            - 18 lessons in groups of different levels
            - 8 lessons in themed language workshops (minimum 8 students)
        + autonomous individualised work in the Multi-media Research Centre

        Our intensive French courses may be started every Monday, all year round, at all levels except
        for complete beginners. 

Complete beginner courses start on the following dates in 2012 :

• 2 january, 6 february, 5 march, 2 april, 30 april, 29 may, 25 june, 16 july, 30 july, 20 august, 3 september, 1er october, 29 october, 3 december 2012.

There will be no lessons on the following bank holidays :

• 9 april, 1er may, 8 may, 17 may, 28 may, 1 er november, 25 december 2012. Courses will take place on 15 August.
Bank holidays are not refunded.

            Themed workshops 
            All year round :


            - Oral communication
            - Written communication
            - Grammar   
            - Vocabulary
            - Civilization
            - Preparation for DELF/DALF examinations according to examination dates


            In the summer (other dates on request for specific groups) :   
       
            - Preparation for university studies and cultural environment giving access to normal higher
              education courses. B2 level required.
            - Economy, litterature, art history, medical French, Legal French, Hotel
              and Tourist industry French, other specialties on request. B1 level required.

        If a participant has fulfilled attendance requirements, a certificate signed jointly by
        CAVILAM and Blaise Pascal University in Clermont-Ferrand, along with a detailed
        evaluation of his ability in French, will be delivered at the end of the course.

        During French courses, candidates can sit for:
            - The DELF and DALF national exams
            - The TCF, TCF/DAP, and TEF level tests

2012 :

- 1 per week : 280 €
- 1 quarterly (12 consecutive weeks) : 3024 € (Each additional week : 252 €)
- 1 semi-annual (24 consecutive weeks, It is possible to take a one-week holiday during this period, upon request) : 5376 € (Each additional week : 224 €)
- 1 annual (36 consecutive weeks, It is possible to take a two-week holiday during this period, upon request ) : 7056 € (Each additional week : 196 €)

Enrolment fees : 58 €
