        Intensive learning or improvement in French
        On the morning of arrival, participants will be tested and placed in a group
        corresponding to their level to enable them to progress at their own speed. They will
        continue to improve systematically in all fields of written and oral French.
        Language workshops based on a theme will promote faster progress in a specific field.

        26 lessons of 45 min weekly :
            - 18 courses in groups of corresponding level
            - 8 courses in theme workshops
        Self-study at the University Multimedia Resource Centre

        Participants may start a course on Mondays, all year round, all levels except beginners.

        Complete beginners courses start on the following dates in 2008 :
  • 7 January, 4 February, 3 March, 7 April, 5 May, 2 June, 30 June, 15 July, 4 August,
    18 August, 1 September, 6 October, 3 November, 1 December 2008.
  • There will be no lessons on following bank holidays:
    1 January, 24 March, 1 May, 8 May, 12 May, 14 July, 11 November and 25 December 2008.
              Bank holidays are not refunded.

              There will be lessons August 15th as usual.

        If a participant has fulfilled attendance requirements, a certificate signed jointly by
        CAVILAM and Blaise Pascal University in Clermont-Ferrand, along with a detailed
        evaluation of his ability in French, will be delivered at the end of the course.

        During French courses, candidates can sit for:
            - The DELF and DALF national exams
            - The TCF, TCF/DAP, and TEF level tests

        - from 1 to 11 weeks : 247 € per week
        - Quarterly :  12  consecutive weeks : 2668 € (each additional week : 222 €)
        - Semi-annual : 24 consecutive weeks : 4742 €
            It is possible to take a one-week holiday during this period, upon request
            (each additional week: 197 €)
        - Annual : 36 consecutive weeks : 6224 €
            It is possible to take a two-week holiday during this period, upon request
             (each additional week: 172 €)
        Registration fees : 52 €
