DU - Initiation to Studies in Economy and Business Administration
Mastering basic knowledge in the fields of Economy and Management,
in French language (written and spoken) so that the student can attend
courses in the 1st or 2nd cycles of the Faculty of Economy and Business Administration
at the University of Auvergne, or at another French University.
Foreign students who do not have a good command of the French language but want
to study Economy and Business Administration in French.
Course content 1: French lessons
A 211 h intensive courses in French given by the CAVILAM:
Course content 2 : Initiation University courses
310 h initiation to the Economy and Management Studies at the Faculty of Economy
and Management of the University of Auvergne.
In addition to the courses, personal or group projects are required.
They represent a significant time investment to be added to the schedule indicated above.
Level required: B2
Dates 2011: from March to June
Dates 2012: from March to June
Possibility to follow French courses in 2011 to reach B2 level for 2012

University of Auvergne
French competence test (TCF)
Enrolment requirements
You must have :
- baccalaureate level (French or from other country of origin)
First option :
The students have a French level = B1 on the Council of Europe Common Reference
FrameWork
They will be able to enter directly in the training of the University diploma course :
Second option :
The students are complete beginners.

DU 2011 :
Registration fees at the University (student insurance not included) : 1700 €
+ French courses at CAVILAM: 2287 €
+ 66 €, including TCF electronic test of French language (www.ciep.fr/tcf/)
