The training program “Coordinating an Educational and Training Programme”, offered by CAVILAM – Alliance Française, is intended for professionals who are currently working or taking up a position within training or educational institutions, and who are required to carry out pedagogical coordination tasks alongside or as an extension of their main role. Those particularly concerned include: trainers or teachers, pedagogical coordinators, training or pedagogical officers, and training assistants progressing toward coordination roles. This course will help you strengthen key skills in team management, facilitation, pedagogical supervision, organising courses, and managing examinations. You’ll learn all the must-knows for managing and inspiring an education team with success.
In person, on campus
Begins Monday; two-week duration
This course enables learners to acquire the skills necessary for organizing, monitoring, and improving training programs, while integrating current sector challenges (quality, traceability, stakeholder coordination, and evolving practices)
The program combines methodological input, professional simulations, and exchanges of practices, in order to promote a practical and operational mastery of the targeted skills.

Current or aspiring educators
Be in possession of at least a Level 4 qualification (equivalent to the French Baccalauréat) and demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience in teaching, adult education (andragogy), pedagogy, or training. A good level of French proficiency (B2 level) is required to successfully complete the training.
Admission is subject to approval of the application, which must include a CV and a cover letter explaining your interest in the training program
To obtain the certification, candidates must complete the following assessments:
• Written assessment: a 1-hour case study, completed in person.
• Remote oral examination: a 15-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute interview with the assessment panel, based on a portfolio submitted in advance
